The foundation of a successful athlete-coach relationship is more than just a training plan. Hiring an incredibly smart sports scientist means nothing if she (or he) can't give you the practical training guidance--or inspiration--you need to be your best.

In addition to browsing each coach's bio, we encourage you to email us as well (email addresses can be found on each individual coach's page). You can even set up a time to talk in order to determine exactly what it is you are looking for in a coach. Armed with that, we can help you decide whether or not PTS is the right fit.
