Since beginning triathlons, Olwen has completed Ironman Lake Placid (2003 ,2004), Ironman Canada (2005 with an 8th place finish in her age group), and Ironman Florida in 2006 where she qualified for Kona. She has become proficient at developing training strategies that complement a heavy work schedule, work-related travel, and congested weekends, but that are still fun and produce strong showings on race day.[more] |
