TimberCamp includes a comprehensive swim clinic (with underwater video), supported training on the bike and run courses, as well as discussions on the race preparation phase of your training, race day execution and mental skills. Sunday will include a run technique session with optional video feedback.

Camp participants will also be invited to a private pre-race debriefing session with a mystery PRO ATHLETE during the Timberman Half Iron Festival! In 2006, Michael Lovato helped prepare TimberCampers for race day...who will it be in 2008???
