Bricks are workouts that focus on more than one sport at a time, designed to accustom an athlete to the transitions required in a triathlon! The PTS Summer Brick Series (aka Thursday Night Bike + Run Workout) is for athletes of all abilities.We will be targeting the Timberman Triathlon,
with workouts planned accordingly to help you build the skills and
fitness you'll need for race day, and then help you taper.

PTS SUMMER BRICK SERIES

June 1, 15, 22, 29; July 6, 13, 27; August 3, 10, 17
Time:
6:00-7:30 PM.
Cost:
$40 for 10 sessions OR $4 drop in (cash only);
FREE for PTS Athletes (why would we charge you twice?)

Details:
The PTS Summer Brick Series (aka Thursday Night Bike + Run
Workout) is for athletes of all abilities. We'll meet up at the
track in Concord, MA (see map link above) just before 6pm. We'll
ride a set loop (or loops) through Concord (approximately 12
miles) and then run on the track. There will be a set workout each
session, and folks are encouraged to do their own brick and just
hang out with us. We will be targeting the Timberman Triathlon,
with workouts planned accordingly to help you build the skills and
fitness you'll need for race day, and then help you taper. Oh, and
after each workout we can go and get some pizza!!! This series
will have nutrition sponsorship: TBA.
