Welcome to the world of Endurance Running™, where gains are made without pain, where athletes train their mind and bodies for performance and where we build a foundation for running performance using key strength and flexibility techniques.

Enhance your running form and performance by tapping into your body's natural rhythm, a skill that will improve your participation in every sport. PTS coaches will first teach you the physical skills needed to attain a higher level of running performance, and then you will practice these techniques and get live feedback on your running style.

Philosophy: Train Smarter...Not Harder
Everyone trains. This usually includes some aerobic work to build endurance and some track work to get "faster." Some athletes even find their way into the weight room (gasp!) and do some strength work. But that's about it. Few athletes actually pay attention to improving their efficiency and technique. Fewer still actually integrate their full energy into their running, wasting precious movements by focusing on their feet and how hard running "feels" instead of their Total System™.

My years of coaching runners and triathletes has proven, time and time again, that improvements in form and technique result in tangible gains WITHOUT taxing the body. The concept of Activation is the missing key, however, the piece that allows you to access this new concept on your own and help you to make it part of your natural running style.
