The PTS proven training methodology for improving irondistance running is outlined in a running form review document, which includes a video clip of each specific run drill. The eBook also contains a breakdown of key run sessions and also outlines three options for a sample training week. And as no run training program is complete without a weight program and flexibility program, both are included.
