Training Plan Custom Installation Service
Ready to begin? Email me to begin the process.
How does it work?
- Email me with what you're trying to do. For example, use an Off-Season plan to guide you through March, then use a Half IM plan for a May or June race, transitioning to IMLP or IMWI in the summer. Along the way you're doing a sprint, a couple Olympics, etc.
- I'll send you a "job quote" and invoice you online.
- I'll move your TP.com account into my account and do a custom installation job: the smart-guy thing to stack training plans across your season while accounting for races, vacations, etc. When the work is completed the TP.com account will be transferred back to you.
Are subsequent changes to my training plan and training log feedback included in this service?
Unfortunately, monitoring your training logs and providing feedback is beyond the intent of this service. However, I am happy to provide suggestions and other guidance through the Training Plan Support Forum. If you require more assistance we can arrange for a phone consult or training plan tweak for $75/hr.
What's the cost?
Note: my prep time (emails back and forth, etc) before I start the work is included in this package.
- $149 for the "A" race training plan.
- $79-99 each for subsequent plans ($20-50 savings)
- $75/hr for the installation/customization, 1 hour minimum charge.
- Additional: if you like, we can add a $75 phone consult as well, regularly $85.
Examples
Least Expensive
IM @ $149 + HIM @ $99 + Installation @ $75 = $325, ~$9-10/wk for an 8-9 months of training.
Less Expensive
Off-Season @ $79 + HIM @ $99 + IM @ $149 + $75 installation = $400, $475 with a phone consult, about $12/wk for a 9-10 month season.
More Expensive
Less Expensive + lots of customization. See below.
How do I keep this affordable?
By limiting your required changes to the weekly template of the plan. It's one thing to move a few workouts or weeks around to accommodate a couple races, vacations, etc. It's another, and more expensive, to have me change your mix of workouts for every week of the training plan. That may require a complete rework the entire training plan. Not a problem, but it will take more time and be more expensive for you. I'm just sayin'...
