20' Stretching Program This quality stretching routine is designed to open up your hips, improving general core flexibility and strength. It only takes about twenty minutes to complete (so it isn't all consuming!). Gordo recommends performing this session 3x weekly to see results in about 6-8 weeks - if you care about your body and your athletic performance, you must maintain your flexibility!
