Performance Training Systems, LLC will replace or issue a credit for defective products under warranty or items that were damaged during shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt in original packaging and condition. Returns for Training Plans must be processed through Training Peaks, LLC (www.trainingpeaks.com) as that company processes all purchases and maintains the site where the plans reside.

We do not sell your information to other companies. When you purchase a product online, your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped, and your credit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments. Please note that orders are confirmed via e-mail, and we may also contact you via phone or email with questions regarding your order.
