Matt Logan’s goals have been to heal several chronic injuries, get stronger, and improve body composition. At the start of the year, it was hard for Matt to do several dips without shoulder pain. This is Matt doing 2 dips with 60kg (132lbs). Focus, consistent training, significant diet improvements, and healthier lifestyle habits (sleeping more and drinking less) has reduced chronic pain, considerably increased his strength, and improved his body composition.
