“Periodization Training for Sports” by Tudor Bompa – Great training read!

I often get asked the question "should I do more agility training?" I think this paragraph summarizes my response perfectly. Agility is an expression of power and power is an expression of force. The more force you can generate (i.e. the stronger you are) the more power you can produce. The more powerful you are, the more agility you will have. If you want to improve agility stop doing 'agility drills' and just get stronger!! #resultsdriven #strengthisking #dontbesoft #bepowerful
